It's been a month since I returned the item and still haven't received a refund. Contact department is not answering my emails.

I wasnt going to leave a bad review but feel I need too I've ordered 3 lots of items every order I've had they have not put the number of my house so oviously it's down to there printer it's been sent back been a absolute nightmare had enough how can u do this 3 times I'm done with this company 3rd lot of items was a gift voucher that was given to me for over 100 emails sent just absolutely fed up with it

Ordered and returned a dress wanted to reorder a different style. Customer service was great and quick and offered me a gift card to reorder a different style with 30% more than I paid for the item.

I ordered 2 of the same dresses from Lavish Alice due to not being sure of sizes. They told me that they had a great return policy and I could return the one that didn't work. Now its been almost 2weeks since they received my return, i paid for shipping to return it and haven't heard anything or received my refund....
